Ecommerce Specialist

We are hiring for the position of Specialist - E-Commerce Marketplace in Bangalore

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Specialist E-Commerce Marketplaces with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing operations for beauty brands across various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Quick Commerce platforms, Flipkart, Myntra, and others.

Responsibilities:

Account Management:

- Act as the primary contact for assigned e-commerce accounts, building strong relationships to drive business growth.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and enhance brand visibility on each platform.

Operational Excellence:

- Supervise product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes for optimal performance.

- Monitor and uphold account health metrics, including customer feedback, return rates, in-stock rates, delivery timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Use advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.

- Collaborate with the BI team to create comprehensive reports and presentations to assess performance and provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

- Address and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Platform Growth:

- Explore collaboration opportunities with marketplace partners to enhance organic visibility and engagement for our brand. Identify growth opportunities beyond paid media investments

.Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in e-commerce account management

- Platform Proficiency: Thorough knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and Quick Commerce platforms.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP)
