Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Indore, for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage day-to-day operations of the platform, oversee product listings, optimize product visibility, and maintain customer interaction to ensure high service standards. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data, implementing strategies to improve sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall user experience. The role requires active problem-solving, providing support to sellers, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the platform.

• Practical experience in e-commerce and sales, with a solid understanding of online marketplace operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• If Experience in e-commerce platforms or start-ups is advantageous.
