Position Overview:

E-commerce Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa
• Proficiency in using the Unicommerce and LOGIC ERP for managing inventory synchronizing, order processing
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our all e-commerce channels, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to integrate and streamline sales across online and offline channels.
• Analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales) and generate actionable insights
• Ensure high-quality product descriptions and images are uploaded to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Experience with inventory-updating on online portals like Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, AJIO, and TataCliq
• Experience with LOGIC ERP System and Inventory Management software like Unicommerce
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with omni-channel sales and integrating offline and online strategies.
