As our E-commerce Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence, driving sales, and ensuring seamless shopping experiences for our customers across all platforms. Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Specialist to oversee our online sales channels and website operations. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Shopify, omni-channel sales, and digital strategy. You will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing the customer journey, and implementing strategies to grow online sales and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa Proficiency in using the Unicommerce and LOGIC ERP for managing inventory synchronizing, order processing Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data analysis for reporting and decision-making. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our all e-commerce channels, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience. Develop and implement strategies to integrate and streamline sales across online and offline channels. Analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales) and generate actionable insights Ensure high-quality product descriptions and images are uploaded to enhance customer experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in fashion or retail. Experience with inventory-updating on online portals like Myntra, Nykaa, Shopify, AJIO, and TataCliq Experience with LOGIC ERP System and Inventory Management software like Unicommerce Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with omni-channel sales and integrating offline and online strategies.
