Job Description

Ecommerce Operations Executive


Key Responsibilities:


1. Content Optimization:

• Ensure product listings (descriptions, images, A+ content) are optimized for ecommerce platforms, enhancing visibility and conversions.

• Conduct regular audits of product content to maintain accuracy and relevance.

• Collaborate with internal marketing teams or brand principals to develop and update content as per platform guidelines.


2. Customer Experience Management:

• Monitor customer reviews, queries, and complaints on ecommerce platforms, ensuring timely responses and resolution.

• Analyze customer feedback to identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.

• Implement strategies to boost customer ratings and reviews, improving the overall brand reputation.


3. Inventory and Fulfillment Coordination:

• Track and maintain inventory levels across ecommerce platforms to prevent stockouts.

• Coordinate with supply chain and distribution partners for timely replenishment of critical SKUs.

• Monitor ageing stock and recommend liquidation strategies.


4. Campaign Execution and Performance Monitoring:

• Collaborate with performance marketing agencies to execute paid campaigns and ensure adherence to defined objectives.

• Monitor detailed campaign metrics, such as ad spend, CTR, and conversions, and share insights with the Sales Manager.

• Test new ad formats and platform features to identify opportunities for growth.


5. Reporting and Insights:

• Generate detailed reports on sales, inventory, customer feedback, and campaign performance.

• Provide actionable insights to the Sales Manager to inform strategic decisions.


6. Competitive Analysis:

• Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotional strategies, and content performance.

• Share insights with the team to stay ahead in the market.


Qualifications:


- Grad degree

– Minimum 1-4 years merchandising and marketplaces management experience

– Background and knowledge of the Ecommerce and online Marketplace Management at brand side or with ecommerce agencies

– Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail and accuracy, and be a demonstrably creative thinker.

– Display initiative to remove obstacles.

– Negotiation and vendor management skills

– Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point software
