Ecommerce Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years of managing online portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, FirstCry.com, etc. – This is compulsory.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager with at least 5 years of proven expertise in handling major online marketplaces. The role involves leading the e-commerce team, managing marketplace operations, and driving sales growth through strategic planning, advertising, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Drive overall growth and sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, FirstCry, and other online platforms.
• Team Leadership: Manage and guide the e-commerce team for smooth execution of product uploads, order processing, reconciliation, and promotions.
• Marketplace Operations: Oversee product catalogue accuracy, inventory management, and timely restocks.
• Advertising & Promotions: Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon and marketplace advertisements, offers, and promotional campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Data & Sales Analysis: Monitor weekly/monthly sales performance, conduct campaign analysis, and implement actionable strategies for sales improvement.
• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute business strategies to onboard new accounts and expand existing ones in line with company growth goals.
• Market Insights: Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and industry opportunities to strengthen online presence.
• Reporting: Generate and present performance reports, including sales metrics, campaign effectiveness, and traffic insights, to senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central and other key e-commerce portals.
• Proven track record in increasing online sales and scaling e-commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, advertising strategies, and campaign optimization.
• Hands-on expertise in catalogue management, order reconciliation, and promotional activities.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
