Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced R&D professional (10+ years) to lead the development, optimisation, and innovation of our juice and pulp beverage portfolio. You will be responsible for driving new product launches, enhancing existing formulations, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards . Key Responsibilities: Lead R&D for pulp-based and fruit juice beverages , including blended, functional, and ready-to-drink products. Research and source new ingredients, flavours, and natural additives suitable for juices and pulp drinks. Conduct sensory evaluation, shelf-life studies, and stability testing . Collaborate with production, QA, and supply chain teams to scale formulations to commercial production. Ensure products comply with FSSAI and other applicable regulations . Monitor global and domestic beverage trends to drive innovation and product differentiation. Mentor and guide junior R&D staff in best practices, documentation, and process improvements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related field . 10+ years of experience in beverage R&D, with significant exposure to pulp juices, fruit drinks, or similar products . Strong knowledge of juice chemistry, preservation, processing, and packaging technologies . Hands-on experience with formulation optimisation, sensory testing, and product scale-up . Skills & Competencies: Strategic thinking and ability to drive innovation in beverage portfolios . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
