This role will involve identifying growth opportunities, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging data to drive measurable results. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where creativity, analytical thinking, and execution go hand-in-hand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies

    : Plan and execute data-driven marketing initiatives to increase merchant sign-ups, retention, and product engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics

    : Track KPIs such as activation, churn, LTV, and campaign ROI to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns

    : Drive acquisition and engagement across content marketing, email, SEO and social media..
  • Run experiments

    : Design and execute A/B tests on landing pages, onboarding flows, and pricing strategies.
  • SEO & SEM growth

    : Improve organic visibility and optimize paid campaigns to drive high-intent merchant traffic.
  • Collaborate with product & marketing

    : Work closely with the founding team to align growth initiatives with product roadmap and merchant needs.
  • Marketing automation

    : Implement and optimize automation workflows for onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Continuous optimization

    : Monitor growth experiments, measure success, and refine strategies for sustainable scale.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Education

    : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory if you have strong experience).
  • Experience

    : 1–2 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in SaaS, Shopify apps, or eCommerce tech.
  • Technical skills

    : Proficiency in Google Analytics (or GA4), data analysis, and marketing automation tools.
  • Digital marketing expertise

    : Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, content marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Communication

    : Excellent written and verbal communication for campaigns, content, and team collaboration.
  • Problem-solving

    : Creative and analytical approach to testing new ideas and scaling what works.
  • Project management

    : Ability to manage multiple growth initiatives and deliver results in a startup environment.
  • Bonus

    : Certifications in digital marketing, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
