Ecommerce Intern

You will be joining Nespresso, a fast-growing D2C brand dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences through digital platforms. As an Operations Intern, your main responsibilities will include: - Processing customer orders from the D2C website and other platforms. - Generating waybills, invoices, and sharing them with relevant stakeholders. - Managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process. - Maintaining a delivery tracker to monitor shipments and ensure delivery efficiency. - Coordinating with logistics partners to address exceptions and delays. - Assisting in setting up promotional offers on the website. - Supporting UI/UX updates without the need for coding. - Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee smooth execution of website changes. We are seeking an MBA student with a preference for Operations, Marketing, or General Management, who possesses strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting is required, along with good communication and coordination skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Your willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced D2C environment will be essential. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to E-commerce operations and D2C business models. You will also develop experience in cross-functional coordination and process ownership, as well as a practical understanding of order management systems, logistics workflows, and website operations. This internship opportunity has a contract length of 6 months and includes benefits such as paid sick time and the flexibility to work from home. The work location for this position is in person.,
