Zavo – India’s First AI/ML-driven loan repayments infrastructure- is revolutionizing India’s lending landscape as the country’s first AI/ML-powered loan repayments infrastructure serving leading NBFCs, banks, and fintechs. We provide cutting-edge, data-driven solutions to optimize repayment collections, improve borrower experience, and drive operational efficiencies across the entire lending value chain.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Actively identify and reach out to lending institutions (NBFCs, banks, digital lenders) and potential strategic partners to introduce Zavo’s products and services.
  • Support the sales team in pipeline generation, initial qualification of leads, and scheduling product demos.
  • Participate in product presentations and discussions with lenders; assist in preparing customized pitch decks.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, track outreach status, and document client feedback.
  • Conduct market research on lending trends, key players, and digital adoption within the BFSI sector.
  • Collaborate with internal product and operations teams to relay client requirements and feedback.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, agreements, and other sales-related documents.
  • Develop a basic understanding of product management, enabling effective liaison between clients and the product team.
  • Prepare and deliver concise internal reports (using Excel and PowerPoint) to management on progress, market insights, and client engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, AI/ML developments in fintech, and evolving regulatory norms.
  • Attend selected industry events, webinars, and workshops on behalf of Zavo as required.
