E-commerce Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven E-Commerce Manager who has strong experience in handling Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving brand growth, managing sales performance, and ensuring smooth operations across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio accounts.
• Handle product listing, pricing, and catalog management for all platforms.
• Create and execute marketing and discount campaigns to increase sales and visibility.
• Monitor and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and ROI to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Work on inventory management and ensure stock availability across platforms.
• Manage brand visibility, advertisements, and promotions on each portal.
• Plan and implement strategies for brand positioning and revenue growth.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and platform policy changes.
• Build relationships with category managers and internal teams at marketplaces.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio seller panels.
• Strong understanding of E-commerce analytics and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with fashion, clothing, or women’s apparel brands.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management and payment reconciliation.
• Proven record of achieving sales growth and improving brand visibility online.

Salary: As per industry standards (Based on experience and performance).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
