E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations and enhance the digital presence of Armonia, a leading luxury home décor and gifting brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing sales performance across marketplaces and the brand website, and ensuring a seamless digital shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (website, Amazon, Pepperfry, etc.).
• Ensure accurate and attractive product listings — descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure timely product uploads and order fulfillment.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and festive offers to drive conversions.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and ROI; generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Handle customer queries and reviews to maintain a strong online reputation.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team for SEO, ads, and social media integration to boost web traffic and conversions.
• Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
