Handle multiple marketplaces or retailers in a country and retail segments like e-commerce, modern retail or brick-n-mortar.
Manage a team of executives to execute business strategy for multiple marketplaces or retailers.
Define the pricing strategy of a brand in the respective marketplaces or retailers.
Understand competition SKU, pricing, selection and determine our selection and marketing strategy.
Understand the pricing waterfall to optimize for the lowest cost to the customer.
Create strategies/mechanisms to build business on the respective marketplace.
Interact with marketplace teams to plan events/deals/promotions.
Manage profit and loss of the marketplace business by reviewing payments, returns and marketing/promotional expenses.
Manage marketing on the marketplace in coordination with the marketing team.
Manage product listings, A+ content and variations across multiple global marketplaces.
Review product detailed page for issues in pricing, ratings, delivery delays, competition marketing etc.
Review and action on customer reviews and feedback.
Review and report stock levels to ensure consistent sales.
Develop strategies to improve traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance across platforms.
Manage and optimize marketplace ads to drive sales and visibility on different platforms.
