E-commerce Manager (Amazon | Flipkart | Meesho) Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and serve as a brand POC. You'll lead marketplace performance, develop data-driven strategies, and retain brands by showcasing growth and ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Growth: Oversee end-to-end sales, advertising, and order fulfillment on Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. - Client Relationships: Build strong ties with category managers, platform reps, and brands to drive growth and retention. - Brand POC: Serve as the primary point of contact for brands, providing regular updates on sales performance, ad spend, and ROI. - Advertising & Visibility: Plan and execute sponsored ads, A+ content, and SEO-rich listings to maximize ROI. - Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (sales, ROAS, inventory, CAC) and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Requirements: - 5+ years e-commerce experience, 3+ years managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and other marketplaces. - Strong analytical ability (Excel, Sheets, data visualization). - Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with Amazon Seller Central ads, refunds, ACOS, ad spend, net sales, and projection is a plus. Ideal Candidate: - Has experience in calculating and showcasing growth and ROI to brands. - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. - Excellent communication and client management skills.
