About the job: We're looking for a dynamic and hands-on Junior Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content. This role requires someone who's always on their toes, full of ideas, and ready to jump into trending moments. You'll help bring the brand to life across platforms and may even be the face of the brand in reels and stories. 1. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms 2. Stay updated with trends and adapt them quickly into brand-relevant content Be camera-ready and confidently appear in stories, reels, or live sessions when needed 3. Collaborate with design and product teams to generate content ideas around new collections, campaigns, and launches 4. Monitor and grow social engagement by actively interacting with the audience Track analytics and provide regular performance updates on reach, engagement, and growth 5. Assist in influencer collaborations and manage social giveaways or campaigns Maintain consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content 6. Participate in brainstorms, photoshoots, and planning sessions with the core team 7.
