Job Description

The Senior E-Commerce Manager (Amazon, E bay, walmart) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end e-commerce operations, driving online sales growth, managing marketplace accounts, improving product visibility, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
  • Forecast sales, plan monthly targets, and ensure achievement of KPIs.

Marketplace Management

  • Handle operations for major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog optimization.
  • Oversee inventory planning, order flow, and stock health.

PPC & Marketing Coordination

  • Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, creatives, and brand campaigns.
  • Track marketing ROI and recommend adjustments where needed.

Operations & Process Management

  • Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, returns, and replacement management.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
  • Handle seller dashboards, compliance issues, claims, and penalties.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse sales trends, competitor performance, and category insights.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on revenue, ads performance, sell-through rate, and return ratios.
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations team.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist in hiring team members.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce operations and marketplace policies.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
  • Good understanding of PPC campaigns, SEO for product listings, and promotional tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and dashboards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,150.90 per month
