Sales and Order Management: Monitor sales performance and optimize product visibility to increase sales. Handle customer orders, track fulfillment, and ensure timely delivery. Work with logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and minimize delays. Customer Interaction and Support: Respond to customer inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and exchanges. Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure alignment and smooth operations. Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues related to product delivery or quality. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: 3 years EXPERIENCE WITH - AMAZON / Flipkart Or Alibaba account management is must 2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail operations, preferably with Flipkart or other online marketplaces. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Proficiency in MS Excel or other data analysis tools. Basic understanding of online sales platforms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Tally Expertise: Utilize Tally software for comprehensive day-to-day accounting, including ledger maintenance, preparing financial statements, and managing all accounting data entries. Data Entry & Reconciliation: Expertly handle and process all financial transactions, including general entries, bank statement reconciliation, journal entries, and accurate data creation within the accounting system. GST Compliance: Prepare and file monthly GST returns accurately and promptly. Manage multi-state GST compliance and reporting for various state jurisdictions. TDS Management: Ensure strict TDS compliance, including the correct deduction of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per statutory requirements. Prepare and file timely TDS returns. Logistics Compliance: Manage and generate documentation related to e-way bills and e-invoicing as required by regulatory mandates.
