E-Commerce Manager

The Amazon Account Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations and growth of the 9shines Label brand on Amazon. This role involves managing the product listings, optimizing sales, ensuring brand integrity, and executing promotional strategies. The candidate should be well-versed in the Amazon Seller Central platform and have a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:
• Oversee all aspects of the Amazon Seller Central account for 9shines Label.
• Maintain and optimize product listings (title, descriptions, bullet points, images, A+ content) to improve search rankings and conversions.
• Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, returns, and inventory levels.
• Manage customer reviews, feedback, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Sales Optimization:
• Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including promotional campaigns, lightning deals, and Amazon Ads.
• Track and optimize key performance metrics, such as ACOS, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Perform keyword research to ensure products rank high in Amazon search results.
• Inventory & Logistics Management:
• Collaborate with the production and logistics team to ensure products are always in stock.
• Monitor Amazon FBA inventory levels and set up replenishment alerts to avoid stockouts.
• Handle product shipments and coordinate with fulfillment centers.
• Marketing & Advertising:
• Plan and manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategies for seasonal promotions and new product launches.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to keep 9shines Label ahead of trends.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Provide weekly/monthly sales and performance reports to the senior management team.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales data to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
• Compliance & Policies:
• Ensure that all listings and operations comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
• Handle any disputes, claims, or account issues by working closely with Amazon support.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
