About the Role

E-commerce Manager/Lead

As a leader, you will work closely with marketing, analytics, operations, and client/business teams to ensure consistent brand delivery and high-impact execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Leadership

• Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations team, ensuring high performance, quality, and timely delivery.
• Work closely with business leaders, clients, and internal stakeholders to define goals, align expectations, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build roadmaps for marketplace growth, assortment planning, new launches, and US-market expansion strategies.
• Own end-to-end marketplace governance, process improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.

Hands-on E-commerce Operations

• Oversee and guide advanced listing management including parent–child variations, A+ content, SEO optimization, and marketplace compliance.
• Lead data-driven performance reviews using dashboards (GA4, marketplace analytics, BI tools), converting insights into actionable plans.
• Drive pricing decisions, promotional calendars, and sales strategies leveraging data, competition benchmarks, and margin analysis.
• Coordinate with marketing teams on US-focused SEO, paid campaigns, and brand-building activities across Amazon, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure operational SLAs are met across order management, fulfillment accuracy, inventory planning, and returns/refund workflows.
• Partner with design/content teams to optimize product detail pages for conversion and customer experience.
• Monitor and improve critical KPIs: traffic, conversions, CTR, AOV, Buy Box %, listing health, reviews/ratings, and customer experience metrics.
• Manage marketplace policy adherence, pricing integrity, global brand consistency, and cross-region catalog standards.

Collaboration & Client/Business Facing

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, brand teams, or external clients.
• Present performance reports, insights, risks, and growth opportunities on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Collaborate with analytics and tech teams to improve website UX, site speed, GA4 tagging accuracy, and platform enhancements.

Market & Innovation

• Stay ahead of US marketplace trends, automation tools, competitor benchmarks, and best practices.
• Recommend new tools, workflows, and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.

• 5–8 years of strong experience

  in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, preferably for international or US markets.
• Deep expertise in marketplace SEO, listing optimization, product lifecycle management, and US compliance standards.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (US), Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
• Proficiency in

  GA4, marketplace dashboards, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets

  for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to independently lead pricing, promotions, campaigns, and operational initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with leadership, business teams, and clients.
• Experience in D2C or product-led brands is highly preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AMS/Sponsored Ads and marketplace advertising platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, affiliate programs, and social commerce.
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS, Liquid, or CMS platforms.
• Exposure to listing audit tools, automation workflows, or e-commerce health check systems.
