About NIVIA

NIVIA Sports is one of India’s leading sports brands, offering high-quality, innovative equipment across categories like football, badminton, basketball, and cricket. As we scale our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business, we are looking for a results-driven professional to lead our online sales and marketing strategy.

Role Overview

The Leader – eCommerce & Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of NIVIA’s D2C business. This includes managing the website, digital marketing, campaign planning, retention, analytics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and agencies. The candidate will be accountable for meeting revenue and performance goals for the online business.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Business Ownership

  • Drive the D2C revenue target 
  • Monitor key metrics: sales, return rate, conversion, average order value, and discounts
  • Plan and execute category promotions, product launches, and merchandising

Website & Operations

  • Manage the Shopify website, including listings, content, and site hygiene
  • Work with the agency for development and maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate logistics and order management through logistics partner with internal ops team

Performance Marketing

  • Lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms
  • Manage media budgets, creative strategy, and performance targets (
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to align marketing campaigns

Customer Retention & CRM

  • Run WhatsApp campaigns and automation using CRM Tool
  • Develop flows for retention, new product alerts, and customer engagement
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and customer feedback

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report campaign, website, and sales data using dashboards
  • Identify insights and recommend optimizations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly updates for internal reviews

Campaign & Category Planning

  • Coordinate with product and category teams on campaign calendars
  • Launch and manage offers like combos and multibuy
  • Ensure creative and copy requirements are met across channels


Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)


Experience

  • 4–7 years in eCommerce or D2C marketing, preferably in consumer goods or retail
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, and analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media, CRM, and agency coordination
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience in sports, footwear, or apparel
    • Exposure to CRM tools like Limechat or Klaviyo
    • Familiarity with campaign tools like YourToken, Canva, or Hotjar
