Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce platform(s). Upload and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images. Monitor and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock discrepancies. Manage logistics for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance. Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for promotions, campaigns, and issue resolution. Analyze sales and performance metrics using e-commerce and analytics tools. Provide prompt customer support and resolve post-sale queries professionally. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion or apparel sector. Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS systems. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing and product positioning. Creative and trend-aware, with an interest in women's fashion and styling. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with analytics tools. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
