Role Overview
Doodhvale Farms is seeking a hands-on social media manager to create and coordinate the creation of content across the content lifecycle - someone who will both execute daily content production, posting, direction for photoshoots, and coordination between external content creators, freelance designers, photographers, and internal teams. This role is best suited for a creative individual who is passionate about digital storytelling and getting things done efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Content Production:
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content including Instagram reels, stories, static posts, and product videos featuring farm, delivery, and customer moments.
Design Coordination:
Work closely with freelance content creators, agencies, designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visual creatives on brand guidelines (performance marketing content, packaging, product shoots, farm scenes).
Publishing & Scheduling:
Ensure timely posting of content as per finalized monthly calendar across social media handles – Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn.
Asset Library Management:
Organize, catalogue, and maintain a digital library of all photos, videos, and brand assets for easy access by marketing team and partners.
Internal Communication:
Liaise with farm operations team, customer support, and marketing to gather story ideas, product news, and feedback for content.
Basic Copywriting:
Write clear, engaging captions, product notes, and headlines in English/Hindi as required.
Performance Monitoring:
Track daily views, reach, and engagement; update team on rapid learnings and suggest tweaks in content style if needed.
Key Requirements
Undergraduate degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
2-5 years’ experience in digital content creation & management for consumer brands or agencies.
Proficiency in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot) and Canva for basic design.
Strong skills in shooting and editing videos/photos using smartphone.
Ability to work independently, respond to rapid briefs, and execute quickly.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with external creatives.
Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Preferred Qualities
Experience in FMCG, D2C, food, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
Familiarity with social media tools for scheduling and analytics.
Creatively driven with an eye for quality, details, and brand aesthetics.
Prior experience in coordinating shoots or managing freelancers.
