You will handle product listings, order fulfillment, inventory management, and ensure a smooth online shopping experience for our customers. 🚀 Key Responsibilities:🛍️ Product Listing & ManagementUpload and update product details — descriptions, pricing, and images. Ensure accuracy and consistency of all listings across platforms. 📦 Order Fulfillment: Oversee order processing, packaging, and dispatching. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for on-time delivery. Monitor order flow and minimize delays or cancellations. 📊 Inventory Management: Track stock levels and update real-time inventory. Coordinate with suppliers for restocking. Prevent overstocking or stockouts. 💬 Customer Service & Support: Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints via call, email, or chat. Maintain high customer satisfaction with quick issue resolution. 📈 Order Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily sales, returns, and customer feedback. Prepare reports for management and identify performance trends. 🌐 Website & Platform Maintenance: Conduct regular audits for errors or broken links. Ensure product visibility, correct pricing, and smooth UX/UI. 🎯 Marketing & Promotion Support: Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and product launches.
