Key Responsibilities:Product & Website Management Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images on ecommerce platforms. Ensure website content is up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and optimized for user experience. Coordinate with designers and developers to improve site navigation and layout. Marketplace & Sales Channel Management Oversee ecommerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other marketplaces. Monitor stock levels, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to optimize sales performance. Implement promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost conversions. Digital Marketing & SEO Plan and execute online marketing strategies, including PPC, social media, and email campaigns. Optimize product pages and website content for search engines (SEO). Analyze web traffic and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics. Order Processing & Customer Service Manage online orders, returns, and customer inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. Handle customer feedback and work towards improving service quality. Data Analysis & Reporting Track key ecommerce metrics (sales, conversion rates, traffic sources). Provide insights and reports on ecommerce performance and suggest improvements. Monitor trends and adapt strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online sales, or digital marketing. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central. Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising campaigns. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Skills:Experience in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) is a plus. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website updates. Familiarity with CRM and automation tools for email marketing.
