Order Processing & Customer Service Manage online orders, returns, and customer inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. Handle customer feedback and work towards improving service quality. Data Analysis & Reporting Track key ecommerce metrics (sales, conversion rates, traffic sources). Provide insights and reports on ecommerce performance and suggest improvements. Monitor trends and adapt strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online sales, or digital marketing. Knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or Amazon Seller Central. Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising campaigns.
