About the Role: Yana Jewels is looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to handle our online jewelry store. If you have experience with product listings, order processing, and love working with luxury products, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Upload and manage jewelry product listings with clear images & descriptions Keep track of stock, orders, and returns Ensure timely delivery and coordinate with courier/logistics partners Handle customer inquiries and support Assist with festive offers and online campaigns Work with the design team to update banners and promotions Requirements: Basic experience with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart Good understanding of online shopping behaviour (especially in jewellery) Knowledge of Excel and communication tools (email/WhatsApp) Eye for detail and product presentation Prior experience in jewelry or luxury products is a plus
