Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Associate, located in Gurugram.

The E-commerce Associate will be responsible for managing online product listings (own website and platforms), processing orders, addressing customer queries and coordinating with the fulfilment team.

Daily tasks include:

• Managing back-end e-commerce website operations, like inventory management, content management, sale report Analysis, Customer query replies etc.
• Uploading data for E-Commerce listing
• Execution of design changes at the backend cataloguing, tagging the products and uploading creatives or images on the website
• Managing A+ Content, Deals, Coupons, Promotions, Brand Store
• Managing keyword research, optimising titles and descriptions for enhancing discoverability
• Managing and processing returns and exchanges, and keeping a track of the same
• Ensure efficient operations of the e-commerce platforms
• Manage advertising campaigns, like keyword research, campaign setup, and performance analysis
• Analyze sales report, Periodic price update to get more revenues, running discounts and promotions
• Resolving customer queries in a defined time period (including but not limited to order status, return / exchange status, refund / store credit status etc.)
• Co-ordinate with various teams for efficient functioning of operations (fulfilment / dispatch teams, merchant teams, digital marketing team, and external vendors / partners such as courier partners, ERP, OMS etc.)

Qualifications

• Experience in managing product listings, inventory control, and processing orders
• Understanding of Shopify and other top e-commerce marketplaces (such as Myntra, Nykaa etc.)
• Proficiency in promptly handling customer inquiries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, collaborative environment
• Prior experience in e-commerce
• Strong working knowledge of Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
