Known for its craftsmanship, design innovation, and personalized service, Twigs Direct is now expanding its digital presence through an exclusive e-commerce platform and curated online experiences.
This is a full time, on-site role located in Gurugram. We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and design-oriented professional to lead our e-commerce operations and digital marketing initiatives.
This person will be responsible for maintaining, promoting, and growing the company’s online sales channels — including our own e-commerce website and selected premium marketplaces.
The ideal candidate combines aesthetic sensibility, marketing strategy, and AI-powered digital marketing skills to enhance Twigs Direct’s online brand experience and drive measurable business growth. The individual in this role will be responsible for analyzing market trends and sales data, handling customer service inquiries, and enhancing overall user experience on our online platform. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with sales teams, maintaining product listings, and ensuring smooth operation of online campaigns.
E-Commerce Management:
Oversee daily operations of the company’s e-commerce website.
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and imagery to reflect brand quality.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for new product launches.
Ensure seamless user experience (UX), website speed optimization, and accurate inventory display.
Monitor analytics and conversion metrics; implement data-driven improvements.
Manage third-party e-commerce integrations (Amazon, Pepperfry Bespoke, etc.).
Digital Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Develop and execute AI-driven digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, etc.) to generate ad creatives, copy, and audience insights.
Manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic visibility.
Plan and run paid social media campaigns with a focus on architects, interior designers, and hotel buyers.
Analyze marketing data, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
Design visually stunning creatives, banners, and social media posts that align with the brand’s luxury identity.
Create promotional videos, reels, and short films highlighting craftsmanship and design stories.
Collaborate with photographers and content creators to ensure consistent visual tone.
Strategic Initiatives
Work with leadership to develop and implement the online sales roadmap.
Identify new digital growth opportunities — including collaborations, influencer tie-ups, and online events.
Stay updated with e-commerce and AI marketing trends to continuously innovate.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Shopify / WooCommerce / Wix / WordPress.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva Pro.
Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Runway ML, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
Strong communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
Aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of luxury or design brands is a must.
Creative thinker with commercial acumen.
Detail-oriented and quality-conscious.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, design-driven environment.
Passionate about furniture, interiors, and digital innovation.
