Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Snapdeal, Blinkit, etc.), optimize listings, monitor sales performance, and execute promotional strategies to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow online accounts on major marketplaces and D2C platforms
  • Coordinate product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory across platforms
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, ROI, ad spend, traffic)
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns, deals, and advertising (e.g., Sponsored Ads, AMS, etc.)
  • Maintain relationships with account managers at marketplaces
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth execution of orders
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to suggest improvements
  • Handle issue resolution related to listings, returns, customer feedback, and account health
  • Regularly report on performance, KPIs, and forecasted growth
  • Suggest improvements for product listings (SEO, content, images, keywords)


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  2. 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce account management
  3. Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C platforms
  4. Hands-on experience with e-commerce tools (Helium 10, Google Analytics, Seller Central, etc.)
  5. Strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with performance marketing or PPC (Amazon Ads, Google Ads)
  2. Understanding of SEO for e-commerce product listings
