that has established a strong presence on leading

e-commerce marketplaces

. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, stylish, and affordable footwear to customers across India. With an aggressive growth plan in place, we are expanding operations on

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and Shopify.

To strengthen our digital presence, we are hiring an

E-commerce Account Manager

who will take ownership of our online sales channels, optimise product performance, and create winning growth strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute directly to the brand s success story.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • As an

    E-commerce Account Manager

    , you will be responsible for end-to-end management of marketplace operations.

Your key duties will include:

  • Marketplace Management

    : Oversee and manage accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and Shopify.
  • Product Listing & Cataloguing

    : Create, manage, and optimise product listings with accurate descriptions, high-quality images, attributes, and SEO-friendly keywords.
  • Campaign Planning & Promotions

    : Strategise and execute promotions, discounts, seasonal sales, and advertising campaigns to drive higher visibility and conversions.
  • Account Health & Compliance

    : Monitor account health dashboards, resolve performance notifications, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies to avoid penalties or suspensions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting

    : Track sales performance, generate reports, identify trends, and suggest data-driven improvements for revenue growth.
  • SEO & Optimisation

    : Use keyword research and competitor analysis to optimise product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords for higher search rankings.
  • Advertising & PPC Campaigns

    : Manage and optimise sponsored ads, PPC campaigns, and marketplace promotions to maximise ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination

    : Work closely with design, inventory, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely campaign launches.
  • Customer Focus

    : Monitor customer feedback, resolve issues, and work towards improving overall ratings and brand reputation

Requirements

  • Minimum

    2 3 years experience

    in e-commerce account management (footwear/fashion/lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of

    listing optimisation, SEO, ads, and pricing strategies

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    marketplace seller panels & Shopify

    .
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
