Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:Manage accounts on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Myntra, etc.Serve as the main point of contact for e-commerce partners, addressing queries, issues, and concerns promptly.
Sales Strategy and Performance:
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve market share on e-commerce platforms.Monitor and analyze sales performance, ROI, and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Catalog Management:
Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images to ensure accuracy and alignment with platform guidelines.Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
Requirements: 13 years of experience, expertise in e-commerce platforms, MS Excel & PowerPoint, and the ability to handle account renewals.
