Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for an E-commerce Account Manager. The E-commerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts on various e-commerce platforms, coordinating with clients, analyzing sales data, implementing SEO strategies, and developing effective digital marketing plans. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventories, ensuring timely product listings, optimizing product descriptions, and interacting with customers to resolve queries and enhance their online shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce Account Management, including platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho
• Skill in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and developing digital marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
