Position Overview:

Dynamics 365 Solution

The role requires strong functional and technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture for 

  Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

   and 

  Business Central

   implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Define 

  end-to-end

  architect

  ure

   across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and other functional areas.
• Design 

  integration frameworks

   between F&O, Business Central, Power Platform, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Ensure 

  data migration strategies, security models, and compliance standards

   are well defined.
• Provide thought leadership on 

  best practices, governance, and process optimization

  .
• Lead 

  solution workshops, proof of concepts (POCs), and system demonstrations

  .
• Support project teams during 

  solution build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases

  .
• Mentor consultants and developers to ensure solutions are delivered per architectural standards.
• Act as a 

  trusted advisor

   to business and IT leadership regarding Dynamics 365 roadmap, scalability, and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in ERP/CRM implementation, with at least 5+ years in 

  Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

   and 

  Business Central

  .
• Proven experience as a 

  Solution

  Architect

   or 

  Lead Consultant

   in large-scale ERP/CRM transformations.
• Deep knowledge of 

  Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Retail, and/or Distribution processes

  .
• Strong expertise in 

  data migration, integration design, and Azure ecosystem

  .
• Hands-on experience with 

  Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  security, compliance, and governance

   within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Microsoft Dynamics 

  certifications (MB-700, MB-500, MB-800, etc.)

   preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
