Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect

As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for developing the systems roadmap to align with business goals and priorities. You will analyze scenarios, identify opportunities for innovative solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop effective business cases. Your role will involve working closely with department leaders to optimize processes and maintain best practices across departments. Additionally, you will establish Centers of Excellence to support and enhance daily business activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing the systems roadmap to meet business goals - Analyzing scenarios for innovative solutions - Collaborating with stakeholders to develop business cases - Maintaining best practices and optimizing processes - Establishing Centers of Excellence - Partnering with stakeholders to identify business challenges - Managing internal and external suppliers and resources - Ensuring compliance with internal audit requirements The qualifications required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience - 8-14 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in business systems development - Experience in financial ERP and human resource systems - Leadership experience in delivering business benefits through projects - Knowledge of systems supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, and quality systems - Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills - Ability to understand and improve business processes - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - Project management expertise Preferred experience includes familiarity with Dynamics F&O and Concur, along with PMP or Scrum certification.
