Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Manage, monitor, and support on-premise and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
• Administer core Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune).
• Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related services.

Web Hosting & Custom Applications

• Provide support for hosted web applications using

  Apache, Nginx

  .
• Manage environments running

  Python, Node.js, PHP

  , and

  phpMyAdmin

  .
• Coordinate with developers for deployment and troubleshooting of custom apps.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Cloud & Virtualization

• Support cloud workloads on

  Azure/AWS

  , including VMs, databases, networking.
• Administer virtualized environments (e.g., VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).

Security & Network Operations

• Manage and configure

  firewalls

  , routers, VPNs, and endpoint protection tools.
• Work with vendors to maintain network performance and security.
• Apply OS and application patches, security hardening, and compliance monitoring.

End-User Support & Device Management

• Provide L2/L3 support for users across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.
• Oversee endpoint management (Windows/Mac), printers, and peripheral devices.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets, with emphasis on quality and user satisfaction.

Process & Documentation

• Maintain infrastructure documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and support guides.
• Assist in capacity planning, DR strategy, asset management, and audit readiness.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years

   of experience in infrastructure support or system administration.
• Proven expertise in

  Microsoft 365

   and cloud environments (

  Azure

  , AWS).
• Hands-on experience with

  web stacks

  : Apache, Nginx, PHP, Node.js, Python.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD

  , version control (e.g., Git), and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of

  firewall and network configurations

  .
• Experience supporting

  end-users

   in hybrid or multi-site environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  phpMyAdmin

  , MySQL/MariaDB, or equivalent DB tools.
• Familiarity with

  IIS

  , SSL certificate management, DNS hosting platforms.
• Scripting in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
