Designation: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Experience: 5+ years Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with North American clients by understanding their business needs and challenges. Facilitate client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and recommend tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Functional Expertise Leverage in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing. Conduct gap analysis between existing Navision systems and Business Central capabilities. Design, configure, and customize Business Central to meet specific client requirements. Develop and implement effective data migration strategies to ensure smooth system transitions. Project Management Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet client expectations. Monitor project progress, proactively addressing potential risks and issues. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Training and Support Deliver engaging training sessions to end-users on Business Central functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the system. Qualifications Proven experience in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 Business Central projects. Expertise in Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules. Strong project management and client engagement skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies.
