About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to connect with prospective clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads, building interest, and setting up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to US prospects.
• Qualify leads and book meetings/demos for the sales team.
• Present the company’s value proposition effectively and persuasively.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Follow up to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
• Share market feedback and insights with the team.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years’ experience in cold calling or lead generation, preferably for the US market.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident phone presence.
• Proven ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales processes.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.

• Willing to work in the US shift to align with market hours.
