Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily operations, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food service operations to ensure seamless execution of services.
Lead and motivate staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues and enhance overall guest experience.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and reports on daily operations and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is preferred.
A graduate degree in any field is required.
