Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Taj Chandigarh, with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of service and quality.
Implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets and resources to optimize profitability and efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee development.
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing hotels or restaurants, preferably in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for motivating teams.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is required.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
