Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at The Leela, with 5-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Manage front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain high standards of service quality.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to motivate and train staff members to achieve high performance levels.
