Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience and a strong background in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading teams to achieve high performance standards.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate staff members to achieve their full potential and provide coaching and training as needed.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources for maximum efficiency.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among employees.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is preferred.
A graduate degree in any field is required.
