Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery to guests.
Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and increase revenue.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and effective issue resolution.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
