Duty Manager

You will be joining Grand Mercure Goa, a lifestyle 5-star hotel located in Candolim and part of the Accor group. In the role overview, you will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills focused on persuasion and motivation to achieve organizational goals. Your management qualities should include honesty, integrity, ethical behavior, tactfulness, openness, and cultural awareness. It is crucial to maintain a high level of room sales through effective up-selling techniques and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures & policies. Handling guest inquiries and complaints tactfully and initiating appropriate follow-up actions will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
