Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Daman for a Duty Manager at The Deltin, Daman. The Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences and smooth functioning. Responsibilities include managing staff, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, supervising the front office, monitoring compliance with hotel policies, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service standards. The role also involves handling operational challenges efficiently, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Experience in handling guest relations, customer service, and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of hotel operations, housekeeping, and front office management
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
• Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel management role is preferred
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
