Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate at The Deltin, Daman. The Front Office Associate is responsible for managing reception activities and ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs. Daily tasks also include answering phone inquiries with professional etiquette, providing excellent customer service to guests, and communicating efficiently with various departments to align with the hotel's standards of luxury and hospitality. The role is based on-site in Daman.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and experience handling reception duties
• Proficiency in Check-in procedures and Customer Service
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric attitude
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury-oriented environment
