Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager, based in Daman. The Duty Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high-quality guest experiences and resolving guest inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing shifts, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, handling emergency situations, and maintaining smooth operational workflows. Collaboration with various departments to ensure consistent service excellence is an integral part of this role.

• Operational management and organizational skills to ensure efficient day-to-day hotel operations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to handle guest concerns and emergency situations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with guests, staff, and management teams.
• Strong knowledge of hotel policies, standard operating procedures, and local compliance requirements.
• A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar hospitality management role is highly advantageous.
