Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Executive at HOTEL TUNGA REGENCY PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Navi Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing reception desk and Lobby activities, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front office operations. The role involves maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere while coordinating with other departments for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members
• Experience in receptionist duties and handling front office tasks professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting effectively with guests and staff
• Proficiency in customer service with a guest-centric approach to ensure satisfaction
• Ability to manage front office operations and maintain a welcoming environment
• Proficiency in using office systems and software relevant to front desk operations
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
