Assistant Manager – DRS - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Join the team aligned with CBS Clients & Markets, working as part of an extended NSE. The DRS team consists of professionals who collaborate with Lead Client Service Partner (LCSP), Client Relationship Executives (CREs) and Client Account Managers (CAM)s and other core account team leaders on some of our most important accounts – helping our teams build relationships and deliver work. You’ll oversee RPP, RFI’s and strategic activities – keeping our practitioners well informed and in front of the client while ensuring account operations run smoothly. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a vital link between Deloitte, your team, and our clients.

Work you’ll do.

As a part of DRS team, you will be responsible for:

Assistant Manager’s (AM) responsibilities will be centered around bid portal management and supporting priorities set by the account leadership team. Additionally, the AM will collaborate with an extended team to develop strong working relationships. AM will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. This role will be part of teams consisting of up to 4-5 individuals and will report to the Manager.

  • Act as a single point of contact and oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the proposal portal ensuring seamless operations.
  • Supervise and guide Senior Analyst and Analyst ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and upload proposal documents, ensuring compliance with submission deadlines.
  • Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of proposal submissions
  • Monitor portal activity, track submissions, and generate regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Implement best practices for data security, confidentiality, and compliance within the portal.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the team for all project related queries and feedback.
  • Responsible for the performance management of the team members
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of portal processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new users on portal functionalities and best practices.
  • Support the team lead with MI.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • Any Graduate / MBA. Background in Finance, Marketing and/or Business desirable
  • Has exposure to pre-sales, RFP/pursuit environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, Power BI, and MS Word
  • Attention to details and good communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing digital platforms, particularly proposal portals.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to oversee daily operations and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.

Preferred:

  • Exposure to documentation, developing standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting
  • Outstanding communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of one or more industries relevant to the role.
