Job Description

We are looking for a Lead .NET 8+ Developer to drive the design and delivery of modern, scalable web applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with strong architectural expertise who can mentor development teams, own technical decisions, and build highly observable, cloud-ready systems. You will play a key role in shaping engineering standards while collaborating across product and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance microservices using .NET 8+ and C#.

Own application architecture, technical standards, and engineering best practices.

Mentor and guide developers through code reviews, design sessions, and technical coaching.

Design and build data-driven applications using PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, and GraphQL.

Implement and maintain observability solutions including logging, metrics, and distributed tracing using OpenTelemetry and the ELK Stack.

Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UX teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system reliability across environments.

Lead CI/CD initiatives, containerization, and deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and static code analysis.

Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders and contribute to technical roadmap planning.

Must-Have Skills

6–8 years of experience with .NET (8+) and C#, including microservices architecture.

Strong foundation in OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL / SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.

Working knowledge of GraphQL.

Proven experience implementing observability using OpenTelemetry and ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and technical leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions.

Nice to Have

Experience with serverless platforms such as Azure Functions or AWS Lambda.

Exposure to React.js, JavaScript, and frontend–backend integration.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures.

Familiarity with API and microservices security best practices.

Experience with static code analysis tools such as SonarCloud, Codacy, or similar platfor
