About The Opportunity

We are hiring a hands‑on .NET Core Developer to join a high-performance engineering team focused on building secure, maintainable, and high-throughput backend systems. You will implement APIs, optimise database interactions, and ship production-grade services with attention to performance, observability, and testability.Role & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using C# and ASP.NET Core (Web API).
Implement and optimise data access layers using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server; tune queries and indexes for performance.
Build and document RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and telephony/messaging gateways where required.
Contribute to microservices design, containerisation (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and follow best practices for clean code and SOLID design.
Monitor, debug, and improve application performance and reliability in production (logging, metrics, alerts).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years professional experience with C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core web API development.
Strong experience with Entity Framework Core and relational databases (SQL Server); proficient in writing and optimising T‑SQL.
Proven experience building RESTful APIs, working with JSON, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API versioning.

Preferred

Hands-on with Docker and container-based development; familiarity with orchestration or cloud deployments (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
Experience with microservices, messaging/queueing (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and event-driven patterns.
Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit), and agile workflows.
